As well as the Stand Alone kit on sale, two other integrated solutions are currently being developed, where Turboalgor technology is directly inserted into the refrigerating system while the system is being built. With integrated solutions, both layout and costs can be optimised, while the payback time is reduced in line with the increase in levels of integration.
With TurboAlgor’s integrated solution, the refrigerating system leaves the manufacturer’s plant with the turbo-compressor, heat exchangers, and lubrication system directly and fully integrated.
With our advanced solution, the refrigerating system is made directly by the manufacturer with the turbo-compressor fully integrated into the compressor and the exchangers built into the system.
Turboalgor technology can be used with organic HFC coolants (freon) such as R404a or similar, including next-generation refrigerants such as R448a, R449a, R452a, with GWP (global warming potential) of less than 2500. In the future it will be able to work with natural refrigerants such as carbon dioxide (CO₂) and ammonia (NH3).
